Medium to smooth body with a distinct but mild acidity

Roast profile: Light/Medium

This particular bean grows around the highlands of Matagalpa before arriving at the local Cecocafen Cooperative. The coffee has a pleasant floral aroma with a caramel/cocoa body. Goes great as a straight black drip, or with a touch of cream and sugar. One of my favorite places to visit, and one of my favorite coffees to drink!
