New Coffee, Winter Approaching and Mountain Phoenix Coffee One Year Anniversary
Now that boats have come out of the water and the primary layers of white fluff are dusting the Collegiate Peaks it underlines the message that before long we’ll be busting down some trail, dreaming of streams and fishes.
We want to thank all of our customers for making this such a great year. The first anniversary of Mountain Phoenix Coffee Roasters has been an exciting one and all the support we’ve been given has made a great difference to our success.
Come to the Mountain Phoenix Coffee website regularly to find out about our specials and to sign up for our coffee and coffee specials newsletter. The holiday season is fast approaching and brilliant coffee always makes a great gift.
To those familiar with Sacred Ground Coffee Shop, you may already know how important good conversation is to us. Having an atmosphere conducive to sharing thoughts, ideas and experiences is crucial to our “come and get nourished” philosophy. So if you’re a first timer, welcome to our website…we’re extending an invitation to join in the conversation we’ve already been having with a number of you.
Since our website is designed to be back and forth, let us know what’s up on your side of the table and we’ll give you our perspective on all things coffee, the great outdoors and other things Colorado. We’d love to hear from you: drop us an email or better yet, if you find yourself in Salida, stop by and take your coffee and conversation in real time and non virtual reality.
I’ll be skiing at Beaver Creek and Monarch again this season. It’s my ninth year instructing and I’ve met some truly amazing people in those years. If you see me on the hill give me a shout.
It has been an active few months in coffee searching and we’ve been roasting some truly spectacular coffee. The Mexican “Rancho San Francisco” and the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe coffees have already become instant classics and customer favorites.
